This totally takes me back to junior year of high school (like 2003, yikes!) and how I would always write sentences about A Series of Unfortunate Events on my vocab quizzes!

I guess it didn’t occur to me how Texan I am until recently. My brother moved to New York after grad school in 2008, and when he comes back to visit, the one thing he misses the most is the FOOD. Chick-Fil-A, Whataburger, kolaches, Tex-Mex, and HEB! Where would I be without those things??

And then my boyfriend moved from Texas to Pennsylvania and the first thing we did when he came into town was go eat Tex-Mex.

Never thought about it before, but this sounds strangely satisfying.  Also, I would want to like fry some delicious bacon in it beforehand, and then eat said delicious bacon.  I might even offer some to the poor guy/girl getting hit.
